SHIPPING...

Our beef can be shipped frozen in the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground.  We usually ship on Tuesday, so if you place your order before noon on Monday, it will be shipped the next day, and should arrive at your destination by Friday. Our frozen beef is packed in a gift box, then placed in a re-usable styrofoam shipping container with plenty of dry ice. Then the whole thing is placed in a strong cardboard box for another layer of protection.

Our shipping charges in the contiguous 48 states are:
$16 for orders of $75 to $124
$20 for orders from $125 to $199
FREE for orders over $200

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have to be sent by air, so there is no free shipping available and a $50 surcharge for shipping there.  Our "order online" beef prices include the insulated styrofoam container, shipping box, and dry ice. FedEx charges will be added before you check out so you'll know how much your total bill will be before you submit your order.

We do stand by our product and will replace your order if for any reason it doesn't arrive on time and is thawed when you receive it, or if the box is damaged in shipping, causing the product to be inedible.  If there is any problem with your order, please call us  at 573-449-4250 or email.
